We remember our pre-wedding selves like a distant memory. Constant workouts, the ability to avoid The Flying Cupcake, and a gown that zipped. Now that we've tied the knot, the pressure's off. But we're still eating like we're on our honeymoon. Let's take the journey back to health together...and enjoy some indulgences along the way.

Girls, I can't thank you guys enough for getting this thing jump started! I can't believe I lost seven pounds this week. Holla! Like I said, the fast helped a LOT, and that number might be an unrealistic depiction of where my weight actually is, but maybe not! I'm just not sure how fasts work on your body.

ReplyDeleteFinally I'm posting! The past couple of days have been a little hectic! I did weigh in Thanksgiving morning and was pleasantly surprised. I hope after the damage I did during meals yesterday didn't erase the hard work already! Hopefully, black Friday shopping for 6 hours helped a little bit! (crazy, I know.) Anyways, I was a little off on my starting weight when I told you guys because I re-weighed in on Monday morning. Here's my update according to yesterday morning:
Today's weight: 196
Days/time spent working out this week: 64 minutes: Treadmill walk/run Mon.-Wed.
Wedding weight: 170
Goal weight: 160
Plus/minus from starting weight: - Minus 3.5 pounds! yay!!
Pounds to lose to wedding weight: 26
Pounds to lose to goal weight: 36
It has been a little difficult, but knowing you girls are doing it with me has made it much easier! What a joy to have good friends :)
