Married? Check. Happy? Completely. Ideal weight? So begins the journey...
We remember our pre-wedding selves like a distant memory. Constant workouts, the ability to avoid The Flying Cupcake, and a gown that zipped. Now that we've tied the knot, the pressure's off. But we're still eating like we're on our honeymoon. Let's take the journey back to health together...and enjoy some indulgences along the way.
Today's weight: 215 (the second time I weighed in, it was 214.5, but I'll go with the higher number!)

I didn't make my goal, but I'll take a -4! I worked out hard this week, pushed myself and I'm really sore, but it's a good sore and I feel like I'm definitely on the right track! Also, Kyle lost 11 pounds this week! I feel the momentum and I'm ready to make the change, finally! I needed to see that number before to kick my butt into gear.
Good job to the Watsons! Hopefully next week will be just as eventful!

I lost 1.6 pounds this week! Working out definitely helped (go figure!) and I've also been into fruit and nuts as snacks instead of carb-y snacks, which are my usual go-to.
